AESS 2024 will be virtual June 20-21.

AESS is accepting submissions for Individual Presentations, Professional Development Seminars, Academic/Research Panel Discussions, Workshops and Posters.

The 2024 virtual conference will be held June 20-21, 11am-5pm EST. Presentations will be given live. No pre-recorded material will be required.

2024 Virtual Student Poster Symposium

Submission period is now closed. Registration is open. Click for details. Note: this is separate from the AESS 2024 annual conference, but students may participate in both.

AESS 2025 will be in-person, location TBD.
